Introduction

This is a two-day conference and workshop focusing on new initiatives in lung transplantation. International experts in the field of lung transplantation will share their experience in ex-vivo lung perfusion (EVLP), non-heart beating donor retrieval (NHB) and cadaveric or living-related lobar transplantation. Accredited and awarded 11 CPD points by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Participants

This meeting is ideally suited for thoracic and lung transplant surgeons, respiratory or transplant physicians, anaesthetists, radiologists and pathologists keen to establish EVLP, NHB or donor lung reduction programmes. Non-medical professionals including perfusionists and specialist nurses would also benefit in participating.

Location

The meeting will be held at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Dovehouse Street, South Kensington, London SW3 6LY on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th February 2010.

Registration

Dinner tickets must be booked in advance for Thursday 25th February 2010 at the Kensington Hotel, South Kensington, £75.
